This material is prepared using an advanced reaction sintering process, perfectly combining the excellent properties of silicon nitride and silicon carbide. It features ultra-high hardness (Mohs hardness grade 9), outstanding room-temperature flexural strength (150-350 MPa), an extremely high maximum service temperature (1650-1750°C), a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, and excellent thermal conductivity. Its remarkable thermal shock resistance and superior oxidation/corrosion resistance allow it to perform exceptionally well in strongly reducing or oxidizing atmospheres.

Application Fields: Successfully applied in the metallurgical industry (e.g., blast furnace linings, molten iron troughs, with a lifespan several times that of traditional materials), energy & environmental protection (e.g., desulfurization nozzles, burner components), photovoltaics & semiconductors (e.g., polysilicon casting furnace hot zone materials), and high-end manufacturing (e.g., ceramic bearings, sealing rings, cutting tools) where stringent material performance is required.

This product consists of a high-purity silicon carbide structure (purity >99%), forming a high-strength three-dimensional network through a unique pressureless sintering process (evaporation-condensation mechanism). It performs exceptionally well in oxidative ultra-high temperature environments, with a long-term service temperature up to 1650°C, and its strength retention may even improve under extreme heat. The open-pore structure grants it excellent thermal shock resistance and strong resistance to molten metals and acid/alkali corrosion.

Application Fields: An ideal choice for ultra-high temperature roller kiln rollers and setters (used in ceramic and lithium battery material sintering), high-efficiency combustion system burners, high-temperature flue gas filtration and heat exchange systems, and special metallurgy (e.g., protective tubes for molten aluminum temperature measurement).
